Creates the WebRTC offer, sends camera + microphone, and starts the QR exchange.

Parent phone

Scans the offer, creates the answer, and receives the baby video/audio stream.

Important: Both phones should be on the same normal Wi‑Fi/LAN. Guest Wi‑Fi/client isolation can block direct peer-to-peer traffic. Camera/microphone access also requires HTTPS (or localhost).
